Greetings Lee & Wayne---My steering wheel arrived today, Sunday Feb 11 via special delivery of the U.S. Postal Service. I certainly was not aware that any Postal Service was available on Sundays, but live & learn. It was of course beautiful as displayed in the prior pictures that you sent. I will not put it on until the frigid temperatures here moderate somewhat. I also put one of your business cards in each of my vehicles (5) & installed the last one in my wallet just so that I will be ready in any event of anyone showing interest. Thanks again for all your hard work & patience.

Hi Lee & Wayne,

Finally have got some wedding photo's from the photographer and have
attached a picture of the "magic" steering wheel (as my 4yr old niece
calls it) for your website if you would like to use it there. Also a
pic of us on the big day just for fun. Tom in the pic is our 2yr old
son.

Many many kind thanks once again for the superb job and for being
gracious enough to complete it in time for us to use the car for our
wedding. Truly astonishing. Everyone who has seen the wheel including
members of the FE-FC owners club are all in agreement that it is quite
stunning.

I will also endeavour to get a couple of different angles which capture
the pearl detail a little better for you to choose from at some point
soon and will forward them on asap.

I definitely remember when Bill and I visited your shop. Having grown up in Michigan, I appreciated some of those beautiful American Wheels on the wall! It was a pleasure to meet you and we are proud to enjoy and showoff the beautiful workmanship of the steering wheel as well as the car.

Bill forgot to mention that the "Green Goddess" (as he named her), also appeared as an Invited Guest at a prestigious Concours d'Elegance in 2006. Vintage clothing to match the era of the car was encouraged and we were delighted to play "dress up" reminiscent of the late 1940s; you may recall the Westland Healey is a 1948 car. By the way, are you also able to do repairs on bakelites? I have a bakelite cap from the steering wheel of my Alvis 20 that is chipped on the edge. If you can do the repairs, I will take some photos and send to you for you to have an idea of what I am talking about.

The wheel turned up today. The finish is better than I had expected, even after seeing the photos!!

Had a quick look tonight and it’s going to blend really well with the dash and interior.

Hello Lee & Wayne.

Have just picked up my S. Wheel following call from local P.O. - maybe a day later than normal post time - not to worry it is here safely.

I am pleased with end result, in particular the MG emblem in the centre boss. The colour is remarkably similar to the central instrument panel (a contrast to the rest of the car) which was painted when the body was done recently. The panel colour was chosen as the closest "approximate" to the original so it's a plus to be so close. It looks great on the car & will be even better when upholstery is completed. I will certainly send some "progress to completion" pics when interior finished.

Yes, the steering wheel arrived. The box was completely destroyed but you had the steering wheel wrapped so well that it didn't hurt the wheel at all.

I think the wheel is just beautiful. I installed it the same day and enjoy the extra room I have getting in and out of the car now.

The more I drive it and enjoy the feel and comfort, the more I become familiar with the color also. All the people that have seen it think it is a fantastic addition to the car.

I'll send some pictures soon so you can post them on your website.

I want to thank you and your husband for the workmanship that you put into the making of this wheel. The surface is flawless, the structure is perfectly contoured and the plasticised finish is remarkable. It's a gorgeous wheel. This has been one of the best improvements I have made to my 57 Ford.

I was blown away when I opened the box to reveal my previously skeleton '55 Cadillac wheel returned to its former glory, only better.

Dear Lee and Wayne,

The steering wheel has safely arrived in today's mail. It is magnificent! I am very pleased with the results and it will be the centerpiece of the car's interior. At present, I am dismantling the chrome for re-plating and have started on the motor and transmission rebuild. The car has been stripped to the bare frame and many boxes of pieces and bits are scattered throughout the garage. There is no turning back now, I guess. Will send you pictures when the job is complete. Thank you again for your careful work in the wheel's restoration.

Lee, the steering wheel is a "work of art". No I am not disappointed in not
getting blue as originally requested. In hindsight I feel the cream colour
you suggested was a much better option.

I have not fitted the wheel as yet. Still a lot of work to do to the car .

Hope to enter my car in a few shows when it is finished. "Chryslers On The
Murray". and "Brisbane Chrysler Expo". Also hope to have car featured in a
few car magazines.
